Rasgos de Personalidad de usuarios actuales, usuarios pasados y no usuarios del juego de realidad aumentada Pokémon GO

Pokemon GO, the augmented reality game, has reached high popularity among followers of the Pokemon franchise and even in non-followers. This game works in Smartphones, and it requires that users walk different distances to capture creatures called Pokemon. In this way, the game motivates the practice of physical activity without directly suggesting the user do so. We believe that one of the critical factors for engagement on this game are the individual’s personality traits as there is evidence linking some traits with more willingness to realize exercise or taking care of one’s health. If so, identifying individuals with personality traits that make them more prone to practice physical activity would be possible.

Objective

To compare personality traits among current, former and non-users of the Pokemon Go Game.
